Welcome to Purple Couch! By using the Purple Couch app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before using the app. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Purple Couch app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Purple Couch app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of the app. These Terms apply to all users of the app, including guests, registered users, and anyone who interacts with the app.

To use the Purple Couch app, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the app, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To use certain features of the Purple Couch app, such as checking in or receiving text messages, you may need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

By opting in to receive text messages from Purple Couch when you enter your phone number into the app, you agree to receive notifications via SMS related to your use of the app, including check-in confirmations, reminders, or other relevant updates. You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or managing your preferences within the app settings.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Purple Couch app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You shall not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or the app’s systems or networks.

The Purple Couch app and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by Purple Couch LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without prior written consent from Purple Couch LLC.

The Purple Couch app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Purple Couch makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the app’s functionality or its availability.

Purple Couch is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may result from your use of the app, including but not limited to any errors, interruptions, or issues related to the app’s services or text messages.
8. Privacy and Data Collection

9. Termination

Purple Couch reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the app after the changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Orange County California USA. Any disputes arising from your use of the app shall be resolved in the competent courts of Orange County California USA.

13. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Purple Couch regarding the use of the app.
14. Purple Couch Subscriptions Plans and Pricing
– 1-5 Staff Members “Small Office” for $14.99 per month
– 6-10 Staff Members “Growing Office” for $19.99 per month
– 11-15 Staff Members “Enterprise” for $24.99 per month
– 16-20 Staff Members “Enterprise 16” for $29.99 per month
– 21-25 Staff Members “Enterprise 21” for $34.99 per month
– 26-30 Staff Members “Enterprise 26” for $39.99 per month
– 31-35 Staff Members “Enterprise 31” for $44.99 per month
– 36-40 Staff Members “Enterprise 36” for $49.99 per month
(These prices are in USD, actual charges might be converted to local currency depending on your country of residence.)
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be provided.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user. Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
If the subscription is canceled during the subscription period the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. You will maintain access to your account until the end of the current subscription period.
By using the Purple Couch app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
