How do I Change the logo?Login to the Control Panel click on LOGO/PICTURE at the top, then click on the CHANGE LOGO button. Next tap on the existing logo and choose your new logo. When finished click the SAVE CHANGES button.

How do I receive Text Messages or Emails when a client Checks-In?As each staff member is added you are asked to add a company or personal mobile phone number. That is the phone number where the staff member will receive their notifications. Opt-in to accept text messages. They should use a number connected to a phone or smart watch that they carry with them during the day. This number can be connected to iOS or Android. Emails will be sent to the email address added to each staff member's profile. Then opt-in to receive emails.

Is Purple Couch available for tablets other than iPad?Unfortunately, not yet. Right now is is only available on Ipad, however we will be releasing a tablet version. If you are interested in this option shoot us a line and let us know. info@purplecouchapp.com.

How do I login to the Control Panel?From the main check-in screen click the sprocket in the bottom left. From there choose the manage button. You must login with the administrators email address / username and password that was used during the account set-up.

How do I keep my clients from getting into the rest of my iPad?You will want to use GUIDED ACCESS which is a feature on your iPad. Open the PURPLE COUCH app. Set it to the check-in screen and then triple-click your home button. If you are having trouble Google how to use guided access.

Where should I place my iPad in our lobby?We recommend that you walk into your lobby as a client would and see where your eyes naturally land. Generally, you would want to place the iPad in that or some other conspicuous location. We recommend using some form of iPad security stand to display and secure your iPad.

Can I change the order the Staff appears on the app?YES! Simply login to the Control Panel, click on STAFF (at the top) and then you can drag and drop your staff members into any order you would like.
